The Culinary Capital of Morocco

Fassi Cuisine — Among the World's Finest

Fez is the Moroccan capital of food, and Fassi cuisine is counted among the world's finest regional cooking traditions. At Riad Fez Mahal, our chef prepares dishes that draw on Arabic, Mediterranean, Berber, and Andalusian culinary influences — the full spectrum of Moroccan gastronomy.

We serve authentic Moroccan home cooking — more genuine than many restaurants, and deeply personal. Breakfast is particularly special: prepared fresh every morning and enjoyed in our courtyard garden or on the rooftop terrace with its panoramic views over the medina.

Lunch and dinner are available upon request — simply let us know the evening before and our chef will prepare a menu that showcases the very best of Fassi tradition.
